Psychologist, Psychotherapist
I hold a master’s degree in psychology with a specialization in clinical psychology; I am a graduate of the Pedagogical University of Kraków and a certified psychotherapist. I completed a four-year training program at the Krakow Psychodynamic Center, which is recommended by the Polish Psychological Association and the Polish Society for Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
I gained my professional experience through internships at the University Hospital in Kraków and by working with psychotherapy practices in Kraków, among other things.
I regularly have my work supervised by certified supervisors and participate in training sessions, courses, and conferences, constantly improving my qualifications.
In my therapeutic practice, I focus on individual psychodynamic psychotherapy for adults. I help people struggling with personality disorders, using, among other approaches, transference-focused therapy (TFP), and I also support patients experiencing anxiety, low mood, and difficulties in interpersonal relationships.
My mission is to help patients better understand themselves, overcome challenges, and build a fulfilling life.
