In my psychotherapeutic practice focused on individual therapy for adults, I rely on the psychodynamic approach. This approach makes it possible to explore internal, often unconscious conflicts and needs, as well as to discover the mechanisms of functioning that often make life difficult.
I specialize in helping people struggling with personality disorders, using the TFP method dedicated to this issue. In addition, I also deal with anxiety disorders, mood disorders and interpersonal relationship difficulties.
My main goal is to support patients in overcoming these difficulties and achieving better well-being.
Empathy, safety and a creative therapeutic relationship are the foundations of my work.
