Psychotherapist
“I support on the path to authenticity and well-being by combining empathy with learning
I am a certified cognitive-behavioral therapist who transforms his passion for helping into real support for another person. I conduct therapy in Polish and English, an extremely important aspect for me is contact with the patient and establishing a relationship with him, in which he feels safe and has the feeling of being heard.
My approach has been shaped by years of work in diverse, international environments – from Edinburgh to Lisbon. I believe that each of us has the potential to change, and my role is to accompany you in the process of discovering your own resources and building mental resilience.
I help people struggling with trauma, domestic violence and difficult life experiences. I have training in working with episodes of emotional lability and self-aggressive behaviors. Thanks to the years spent abroad, I perfectly understand the challenges of adaptation and social isolation.
I completed prestigious courses at the Centre of Therapy in Edinburgh (SCOTACS) and Edinburgh College (COSCA). I have worked with people of all ages – from young people with personality disorders to seniors struggling with loneliness. My priority is to create a safe, inclusive space where you feel heard and understood.
Feel free to contact me. Together we will develop strategies that will help you regain the impact on your life.
